How it all started
Back in the 70s, two men, Kostas and Dimitris, thought about building a hotel in Samos, Greece. Elegant bungalows with garden, sea or pool view, and a holiday team, ready to respond to all our guests' needs
40 years later
Fito Aqua Bleu still provides excellent hospitality, by recruiting local people and training them to provide exceptional service, and renovating its infrastructure in order to respond to all guests' needs.

This was our second staying at FAB Resort and everything was as excellent as our previous visit in 2016,the staff, the ambience and the general "bonhomie" were brilliant. I would like however to make a special mention of the Almyra Restaurant,the food was a perfect mix of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, during our two week stay we dined here three times and were never disappointed.

Have just returned from Samos and experienced a very windy week. However this hotel is a joy, so clean and comfortable, beautiful gardens, pool area etc. Breakfast such an amazing choice. Very helpful staff. Two minor issues - no coffee and tea making facilities in room and only tepid water from the shower. I am sure a warm shower is perfectly OK for most of the season. Lovely situation and across a very minor road from the beach - also on the end of the Samos runway but not a problem, very few flights - the few that take off and land are fascinating to watch.
